  the bed was good and comfy , the room was clean , the location was perfect and on a quite street . the staff was very nice and didn't act robots when you talked to them .when I travel to grand forks again in the future I will stay at this motel again .

  this is not a complaint or dis-like of the motel but something I fill what would make it better . is to have a wall mounted rack with a bar to hang your cloths hangers on . not really a big deal , but it would be nice .

  I liked the inside AND outside entrances. I'll stay there again.

  My only complaint is regulation of the heat. But at -18°, it's understandable.

  Better than expected. Not looking for fancy, but this Econolodge was updated and clean. Easy access with main floor unit. Pat at front desk was helpful and friendly. Very nice experience. Updated furniture, tv, fridge, storage, breakfast included and coffee 24/7

  Location was good. Parking was okay.

  Not much variety for breakfast. Very noisy in the halls when we were there. Hot tub was dirty.

  The facilities were good for those travelling as they had a microwave and fridge.

  Bathroom facilities could do with upgrading. Didn't like the fact that they told us we were double booked for the night we checked in and that we had been a 'no show' 2 nights prior. Neither of these things were true from our point of view and when we disputed it the hotel said no charges had been made for the no show and they just cancelled the second booking for the night we were there. Makes me wonder about their booking system however.
